A GCash deposit is not one system but two. GCash moves your money over the InstaPay rail, and each side of that handover carries its own limits and its own clock. When a top-up stalls, the fault is almost never mysterious: it is one of six things, and five of them you can clear yourself in under a minute. The Deposit Checklist, In Order
Run this top to bottom before you contact anyone. It is ordered by how often each step turns out to be the culprit.
- Check the clock. If it is between 12:00 and 03:00 PHT, GCash is in its maintenance window, that is the answer most of the time.
